The pioneer and founder of Ashok group of industries, Chandrakant V. Barchha has been the chairman since the past 25 years at Ashok Stove Pvt. ltd. Before the company was incepted, he was a part of the textile industry for more than a decade and prior to that he was a part of the edible oil industry. Having a total of over 50 years of experience, he now heads the Beverages Division of the company. His vision and mission has always been driven by customer satisfaction and providing the best quality product. From oil to textile and from kitchen appliances to packaged drinking water, his mantra has always been the same – “Customer is King and he must be served with full honesty and integrity, because only when he is happy, he will come back to you”.



Planning and procurement of raw materials, inventory management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of production and quality control are few of the roles that Mukesh C. Barchha has been carrying out successfully since the last 25 years at Ashok Stove Pvt. Ltd. Analyzing the markets, studying the trends, strong communication with the company’s distribution channel and delivery schedules are his strengths. The beverages division will now have his rich experience and will deliver quality packaged drinking water to all its clients. Logistics, distribution channel, lead time calculations, market coverage and much more such aspects of the organization are handled with the help of his valuable experience.



The company’s financial and customer relationship pillar, Bhavesh C. Barchha, has an overall experience of 25 years in the organization. The entire accounting and financial management of the organization are duly taken care of by him. Increasing the financial strength of the organization, investing at the opportune time, arranging necessary funds, taking feedback from customers, and providing inputs for the marketing strategies are a few of his strengths. Mr. Bhavesh also looks after buying the requisite raw materials in order to meet the seasonal demands of the market. He also oversees the manufacturing division and ensures that ASPL meets the market demand. His vast experience in financial matters ensures that the organization functions smoothly.



Parth M. Barchha is a young and dynamic entrepreneur, who heads the marketing and sales division at ASPL. An MBA graduate, specializing in the field of Marketing, he looks into brand building and ideation of marketing and sales strategy, distribution channel and supply chain management. He is in charge of recruiting new personnel, ensuring automation, modernization, and introduction of new methodologies and technologies. Mr. Parth has appointed experts at every checkpoint such as a Quality manager, Delivery manager, Logistics head, Laboratory head and a Packaging head, to ensure that the customer gets pure and safe packaged drinking water. He makes use of the valuable knowledge that he has gained in marketing and sales and is a great value addition to the organization.
